| 英文描述 | When grey sheep of the Karakul breed are mated 1/4 of the lambs are grey and 1/3 of the grey lambs die between 4 and 9 months of age. The lambs that die are believed to be homozygous grey; they are distinguishable from other grey sheep by their white tongues. In rare instances homozygotes can survive to breeding age. The liver, heart, kidneys and spleen of affected lambs are small; the rumen is about twice normal size and the large intestines are empty at necropsy. |
